Planetary Mixer and Intensive Mixer in Refractroy Castable Mixer Production
CONELE has two series of mixers, which can be used in the refractory industry to accelerate the achievement of uniformity. They are CMP planetary mixer and CQM intensive mixer. These different types of mixing mixers are very beneficial to the development of refractory materials.
Planetary mixers have different models, ranging from 50-5000, and various models meet the requirements of different production volumes. The vertical structure and planetary preparation principle can also adapt to the production requirements of different environments, and have exerted their positive advantages in refractory, uhpc, glass, environmental protection and other industries to promote faster production.
The intensive mixer is used in the refractory industry to use the mixing principle in the form of countercurrent to accelerate production. The mixing disc and the rotor structure rotate in the opposite direction, resulting in a stronger mechanical effect and a more homogeneous mixing effect.
