The rotation speed of the mixer determines the movement state of the material in the cylinder. If the rotation speed is too small, the centrifugal force generated by the cylinder body is small, and the material is difficult to reach a certain height, forming a piled state, and the mixing and granulation efficiency is low; but the rotation speed is too large. Then the centrifugal force generated by the cylinder is too large, which makes the material stick to the cylinder wall, causing the material to completely lose its mixing and granulation effect.
The inclination angle of the mixer determines the residence time of the material in the machine. The larger the inclination angle, the shorter the mixing time of the material and the worse the mixing and granulation effect.
