The Organic Fertilizer Granulator-Mixing&Granulating Equipment
The organic fertilizer granulator is a mixing and granulating equipment that repeatedly disperses and blends materials. In the mixing barrel of the mixer, a granulating disc and a high-speed rotor are eccentrically installed. The material drum rotates clockwise at a low speed and continuously feeds the material into the rotation track of the high-speed counterclockwise stirring rotor.
With the help of the rotation of the material cylinder and the action of the scraper, the material is turned over and sent to the track of the high-speed counterclockwise rotating high-speed rotor for mixing. In the continuous high-intensity mixing process with countercurrent relative motion, the materials can be mixed uniformly and uniformly in a very short time. The desired degree of mixing is usually achieved within 60-120s.
