UHPC Premix Production Solution|Inclined Intensive Mixer
I. Project Background
With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings, bridge engineering, and high-performance concrete components, the requirements for raw material proportioning accuracy and mixing uniformity in UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) are constantly increasing. To meet the needs of large-scale, stable production, a UHPC premix production company introduced an inclined intensive mixer for centralized premixing of UHPC premixed powders.

II. Process Scheme and Equipment Configuration
The CRV19 UHPC premix intensive mixer used in this project is based on inclined mixing technology and three-dimensional turbulent mixing principles. Through the combined motion of the high-speed rotating mixing tool and the inclined cylinder, the material forms strong convection, shearing, and tumbling in a short time.
During the production process, raw materials such as cement, silica fume, and silica sand are added to the mixer sequentially according to the process proportions. The uniform mixing of multiple powder components is achieved through a one-time centralized premixing, providing a stable foundation for subsequent on-site water addition and mixing of UHPC or finished product supply.

III. Application Effects and Technical Advantages

High Mixing Uniformity: The inclined intensive mixer effectively breaks up agglomerations of ultrafine powders such as silica fume, achieving highly uniform dispersion of raw materials with different particle sizes and densities, significantly improving the consistency and stability of UHPC premixed powder.
