Automatic Concrete Batching & Mixing Plant for Block & Paver Production
The Automatic Concrete Batching & Mixing Plant is the material-preparation core of a concrete block / paver production line. It automatically completes aggregate storage → weighing → skip-hoist lifting → cement screw conveying → water & admixture metering → planetary mixing → discharge in a closed-loop workflow, delivering homogeneous, consistent-quality concrete to the block forming machine on demand.
Built around a PLD-series aggregate batching station and a CMP-series vertical-shaft planetary mixer, the plant is engineered specifically for the high-frequency, short-cycle demands of block/paver production. The planetary mixer's three-dimensional mixing motion is particularly suited to semi-dry concrete and colored face-mix — delivering the batch-to-batch color uniformity and strength consistency that directly determine paver surface quality and block breakage rate.
CO-NELE supplies customized batching & mixing plants compatible with all major block machine brands worldwide — including Besser, Hess, Masa, Tiger, and Qunfeng — ensuring a perfect match to your existing production line.
CO-NELE is among the first Chinese manufacturers to apply planetary mixing technology to the building-materials and block-machine industry. With years of dedicated R&D and field deployment, our CMP planetary mixers have become a proven reference standard for block and paver producers worldwide — combining European-level mixing homogeneity with China-engineered cost efficiency.
Block‑Making Production Process Flow
- Raw Material Storage The quantity of aggregate bins and cement silos can be configured as per customer’s requirements. Aggregate bins store raw materials such as sand, stone and dust. Each cement silo is available with 50‑ton or 100‑ton capacity.
- Batching & Weighing Aggregate materials are discharged into the PLD batching weighing hopper and weighed by electronic scale with a tolerance of ±2%. Cement is delivered from the silo by an LSY219/273 screw conveyor.
- Aggregate Lifting Transport The weighed aggregate is loaded into the skip hoist. The winch lifts the hoist to the top of the mixer, then aggregate is discharged into the mixer. Cement is fed directly into the mixer via the screw conveyor.
- Mixing Process All raw materials are delivered to the CMP vertical‑shaft planetary mixer. Water and admixture are accurately metered by water scale and admixture scale and added into the mixer for intensive mixing.
- Discharge & Conveying Finished mixed material is discharged from the bottom of the mixer and falls onto the belt conveyor.
- Down‑stream Forming The belt conveyor transports the mixed material to the block‑forming machine for brick‑making production
Why Planetary Mixer for Block & Paver Production
