Concrete Planetary Mixer | Precautions for Replacing Mixing Blades
Let me explain to you the precautions for the first operation of the concrete planetary mixer or the replacement of new mixing arm blades:
1. After the equipment has been running with material for one day, check whether the bolts fixing the mixing arm and the blade are loose. Tighten the bolts if they are loose, and check continuously for three days.
2. When replacing the blades and stirring arms, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the blades and the lining plate, generally within 5 mm. After the adjustment is completed, start the mixer and observe, do not let the lining plate and the blade directly rub.
