Ceramic Proppant Granulator-Mixing Granulator

The ceramic proppant granulator uses an upgraded granulation process, which can realize mixing and granulation functions with only one machine. The mixtures first need to be heated to a certain temperature, and then they are transported to a rotating mixing and granulating pan for mixing. The final granules are cooled to ambient temperature to obtain the finished product.

The final particles have a stable particle size distribution and very low fines content, so they have very low porosity, high bulk density and stable strength properties.

The granulation process of the ceramic proppant granulator is very flexible and requires very little space. The whole process is not afraid of the impact of harsh environments, and is little or even not affected by environmental changes.

Compared with the traditional normal temperature granulation process, the production cost control is significantly reduced. Today, this special granulation technology has been applied to the preparation of ceramsite proppant, bauxite, fly ash, cat litter and other granulation materials.
