The new CHS1500 concrete mixer launched by CONELE has the following characteristics:

Double horizontal shaft forced

The forced concrete mixer can not only mix dry and hard concrete, but also mix light aggregate concrete, so that the concrete can achieve a strong mixing effect and be evenly mixed.

Using pneumatic discharge

The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the discharge is started through the cylinder. As well as the opening and closing positions of the dischargers, the discharge door can be sealed by adjusting the position of the seal.

Imported components are used, and the diameter of the mixing drum is half that of the vertical shaft of the same capacity. Therefore, the blade rotation speed is half that of the vertical shaft, so the blade and the lining plate wear less and have a long service life.
