With a traditional mixer, the mixing is very limited, and the uniformity of the sintered raw material mixture cannot be obtained. The fast rotor of the tilting power mixing granulator and the low speed rotating barrel complement each other, and the sintered raw materials (like coarse), fine iron ore, ultrafine ore/granular feed, additives, dust, solid fuel, recovered powder, and recovered materials from the steel mill are continuously fed into the high speed intensive mixer for macro and micro high and low speed mixing. After the density of the sintered raw material mixture and the fine to coarse particles are mixed, the granulation process is carried out.
