I. Dual-System Temperature Control for Process Flexibility
The CRV09F magnetic material mixing granulator features a helical double-jacket design within the mixing vessel, ensuring precise and efficient temperature control. The heating system reaches temperatures up to 200°C to meet requirements for hot-melt mixing and activation, while the cooling system can drop to -15°C, making it suitable for processing temperature-sensitive materials. Heating and cooling occur within the same unit, eliminating the need for intermediate transfers; this prevents quality loss during handling and ensures consistent batches and product stability.
II. Integrated Mixing and Granulation for Efficiency and Flexibility
The CRV09F magnetic material mixing granulator performs mixing and granulation simultaneously, significantly shortening the production process and reducing energy consumption. The machine utilizes inclined 3D turbulent granulation technology; magnetic powders and additives are uniformly dispersed and bonded into shape within the mixing vessel, transforming loose powder into granules with defined shapes and structural strength.
