The lithium battery mixer is a new generation of intelligent equipment developed by CO-NELE to address the pain points of lithium battery production process. It adopts the principle of three-dimensional turbulent mixing and realizes the uniform dispersion of nano-level electrode materials through the synergy of high-speed rotating stirring disc and multi-angle inclined cylinder. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system, which supports precise adjustment of stirring speed (0-3000rpm), temperature, and vacuum degree (0.1-100kPa), and can meet the mixing needs of complex materials such as high-viscosity slurry and highly active metal lithium powder.
It is worth noting that CEL01 breaks through the limitations of traditional mixing equipment, with a single mixing efficiency increase of 40%, a 25% reduction in energy consumption, and supports small laboratory batches (0.3-1L).
