This twin independent 2m³ planetary mixer system is professional offshore vessel UHPC mixing equipment, fully customized, designed and manufactured by CO-NELE for the Haiji Marine offshore construction project. The ship-mounted UHPC mixer set adopts two complete standalone 2m³ planetary mixers arranged symmetrically on the workboat deck, solving stable UHPC mixing difficulties under salt fog, hull rolling and limited offshore maintenance conditions.Different from single mixer with dual motors, each 2m³ planetary mixer is an independent host with separate drive, lubrication and PLC control system. The twin planetary mixer system realizes full mutual backup, becoming reliable core equipment for Haiji Marine’s offshore wind foundation pouring, marine platform reinforcement, underwater pier repair and immersed tube joint UHPC grouting.
