Hot-Melt Mixing

Binder Activation
Upon reaching the set temperature, the binder is fully activated, ensuring effective coating and bonding
Granulation/Forming
Mixing and granulation occur simultaneously; granules are initially formed with sufficient structural integrity

Gas/Volatile Removal
