A key milestone has been achieved in the strategic cooperation between CO-NELE and the CSCEC 3rd Bureau. The fully customized UHPC batching plant independently developed and manufactured by CO-NELE has completed full on-site installation and commissioning at the precast workshop of CSCEC 3rd Bureau, officially entering the standby production state.

CO-NELE CR Intensive Mixers use an intensive mixing mechanism based on a rotating mixing pan and high-speed eccentric rotor, creating strong material circulation, shear, and turbulent mixing.During the raw material processing stage of pellet preparation, ultrafine mineral powder is mixed with a binder (such as bentonite) and aggregates (such as limestone or dolomite). This preparation process is carried out using a CR intensive mixer, operating in a continuous mode.
